I created this zine when I was taking care of my mom while she had cancer. There was a lot I had to learn so quickly to help her and even if I was afraid at first, I gained the courage to do these things. Before I shaved it all off, my hair was silver, long, and unkempt but I just couldn't take care of it anymore. I shaved my head to shed the person I was in order to become the person my mom needed most at the time.
